SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle uses SMS/text messaging to provide two-way communication related to educational programs, client support services, lesson notifications, appointment reminders, program updates, and responses to participant inquiries.

By providing your mobile phone number through enrollment forms, website forms, appointment scheduling, program registration, direct communication, or participation in programs offered by Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle.

Messages may include:

Lesson notifications
Program updates
Educational resources
Appointment reminders
Support communication
Responses to inquiries you initiate
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our organization and participation in programs or services.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For assistance, reply HELP.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving services or participation in programs.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Program Communication
Participants may receive communication regarding enrolled educational or support programs, lesson participation, reminders, available resources, and ongoing program support.
Messaging only occurs after a participant voluntarily provides their phone number and consent during enrollment, registration, or direct interaction with Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle.

Catholic Charities of the Texas Panhandle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued participation in SMS communication after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
